Pramita Indrarini

Pramita Indrarini (Mita) is the Learning Division Manager at the United in Diversity Foundation (UID) in Indonesia. With a passion for fostering collaborative approaches, Mita is dedicated to supporting local initiatives that promote regenerative alternatives within environmental systems. She co-leads UID's BEKAL Pemimpin Program, which nurtures emerging environmental leaders in Indonesia to develop equitable, sustainable, and locally-rooted natural resource management practices.

Mita's academic background in Biology from the University of Indonesia fuels her active involvement in various environmental and natural resource conservation efforts across the country. As a co-founder and leader of the communication division at Tambora Muda, she supports young Indonesian conservationists to connect with each other and helping them realize their full potential.

Additionally, Mita is committed to supporting young leaders throughout Southeast Asia. She serves on the Executive Steering Committee of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), a program established by the U.S. Department of State to continue its impactful journey after a decade of success.

In her leisure time, Mita enjoys listening to music, watching anime, and staying current with pop culture.
