Georgiana Ward-Booth works on system-change initiatives supporting transformative processes for grassroots movements, complex multilateral systems such as the United Nations, and projects in the arts and culture sector. She is part of the core team of the Presencing Institute, where she offers design and facilitation services for awareness-based leadership development journeys and overall curriculum curation and partnership management for large programmes tailored to multilateral institutions. She appreciates the interconnection between personal and societal transformation and strives to create dialogic spaces based on participatory methodologies. Over the past four years, she has developed a keen interest and experience in peer coaching, which contributes to root leadership into a culture of non-competitive growth and reciprocity –exponentially augmenting the sustainability of results.

In her previous roles with the UN Georgiana co-managed over one hundred leadership development programmes benefiting 1500+ professionals in senior positions to promote the culture shift required to work collaboratively under the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In 2017 she co-founded the NGO African Art Dialogues to promote a more equitable, nuanced and inclusive dialogue during the Biennale Internazionale dell’Arte di Venezia. With her work, she wishes to contribute to developing novel governance systems leveraging and protecting the richness of diverse ways of being, experiencing, and creating. She believes that art has a fundamental role to play in challenging and expanding our collective understanding of the emerging future and the role we can play in welcoming it.
